Sunny Days Right Around the Corner

 To say I am excited for our spring blooms would be an understatement, just a few months away! Can you believe that? I think our mild winter has made it feel like we are getting to spring faster, I know there has to be more snow and grey coming. However we are greatly enjoying the sunny days. 
     I told Zach we were done buying seeds after an exceptionally large order from Johnnys (our fav seed company for good cut flower options!) and then proceeded to receive 3 more orders. I think we are now set…:) And ready to start them all in a few weeks. If you were around last year you will remember that I like to start things a little too early, then put them out a little too early and then have the pleasure of restarting them again, I have great faith for early transplanting but am attempting to use more wisdom and patience this year, Zach reminds me often to stay the course on this:)
     Our tulips remain under a nice little layer of insulating snow and should be coming up here in a few months, we are trying something new to see if we can get them to show up a little earlier, hopefully for Easter this year! Keep us in mind when you are craving those first signs of spring!
     Our Tulip and Spring subscriptions are open, I think buying them now should give a little hope for spring coming soon, a great idea for just because gifts and for valentines!
