I giggle every time I pass these happy flowers. Why? I get so excited to have these flowers inside so early in the season, and ask myself did you notice those perfect petals, and how they are growing in perfect arrangement at different planes, making it all so perfect? And oh my the colors and shapes?

And then I realize I am my mom, difference is she would comment outloud and ask me to join in her excitement. Yet it’s me here doing it all to myself without her prompting:) I am becoming like you Mama @jvnewby and I am also excited about that!

Y’all having growing things inside brings life and comfort and joy to my days! Like kids and flowers:) I kill all traditional houseplants, but somehow keep the kids and thousands of flower plant starts alive inside…and this bouquet from last November. It has now grown roots as it accompanied me through the grey days. Thanks little friend, we’ve almost made it to the colorful fresh local flower season again!
